FastContract Terms of Service

Last updated: November 6, 2026 · Effective when first published for the Service

These Terms are between you and HubtersAI, LLC, operating FastContract at 2261 Market Street STE 67721, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States (“FastContract”, “we”, “us”). Contact support@fastcontract.app for support, legal notices, security concerns, privacy requests or appeals.

They govern the FastContract iOS and Android app, guest review and signing, contact sharing, document verification and related services (“Service”). You agree when you affirmatively accept the Terms presented to you. If you do not agree, do not create an account or take an action requiring acceptance. Merely receiving or opening an invitation does not sign an agreement or accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices; it is not a blanket consent to optional sensitive-data processing.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering these Terms. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it and act within the permissions it gives you. Provide accurate information and safeguard your device, email, codes, credentials and private invitation links. Notify support promptly if they are compromised. Do not impersonate another person or permit unauthorized access.

Guest access verifies control of an invited email address; this alone does not establish legal identity or representative authority. Apple and Google sign-in are subject to their applicable terms. You remain responsible for actions you authorize, subject to applicable law.

2. What the Service provides

FastContract offers self-service tools for detailed contracts, short agreements and factual confirmations; templates and AI-assisted creation, explanation and editing; voice transcription; supported PDF import and signing-field placement; shared drafts and business workspaces; invitations, revisions, electronic signing, acceptance and confirmation; PDFs, certificates and integrity checks; obligations, completion evidence, reminders and history exports; saved contacts and profile sharing; identity and company-authorization review; and subscription access. Features depend on device, release, plan and supported jurisdiction. We aim to make document features available internationally where law and store distribution permit; sanctions, transaction rules and provider support can restrict access. We do not represent that every document type or payment feature is supported everywhere.

A factual confirmation records a response to stated facts; a short agreement can create obligations. A product label does not determine a document’s legal effect. The supported drafting jurisdiction shown in the Service does not choose the governing law of these Terms or guarantee suitability for your transaction.

Agreement payments, refunds, wallet records and payouts are available only where FastContract expressly enables live processing for your account, country and transaction. If a flow is labeled test or development, it uses simulated funds: balances and statuses do not represent real money or a right to payment. Do not enter real financial credentials in test flows. Availability of document features does not mean payments are available in your country.

3. No legal advice or guarantees

FastContract is software, not a law firm, lawyer, notary or court. It does not represent any participant, create a professional relationship, or provide a guarantee about validity, enforceability, fairness, identity, authority, performance or legal compliance. Templates, AI text, summaries, checks, reminders and badges may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. A passed check may only mean required fields or structure are present.

You choose the transaction, jurisdiction, participants and terms. Review every document and obtain qualified independent advice when needed, especially for regulated, high-value, disputed or cross-border matters. Do not use unsupported transactions or assume every document can be signed electronically. A verification badge records the applicable check and is not a guarantee against fraud. Company stamps and authority confirmations do not establish authority beyond the evidence actually reviewed.

4. Your content and shared access

You retain your rights in documents, recordings, prompts, signatures, identity materials, branding, stamps, attachments, evidence and other content you submit (“Content”). You grant FastContract a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, copy, transmit, render and display Content as needed to provide your requested features, secure the Service, provide support, comply with law and preserve legitimate transaction records. This does not transfer ownership or authorize public advertising with private documents.

You must have permission and a lawful basis to provide other people’s information and invite or share with them. Submit only necessary sensitive information. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your Content and intended transactions.

Sharing with participants, collaborators, business teams or through contact cards can give others access to selected information. Review permissions and sharing choices. Team access depends on workspace roles; departing a workspace does not erase records it lawfully retains. Shared or downloaded copies cannot necessarily be recalled. Protect local drafts, exports, devices and backups independently.

PDF verification settings may permit file holders or authenticated participants to obtain limited integrity results, or disable verification. A fingerprint match confirms the registered file’s integrity; it does not approve its substance or establish authority. Sending the underlying PDF discloses its contents independently of the verification setting.

5. AI and voice

AI features send relevant instructions, document/file content and conversation context to our provider as described in the Privacy Policy and feature disclosures. Do not submit material you are not authorized to disclose. AI may invent facts, omit clauses or suggest unlawful or unsuitable terms. Review and correct all output before sharing or relying on it. No output is assured to be unique or free of third-party rights.

Voice transcription is attempted on-device first. If it fails, the app asks before sending the recording through our API to OpenAI. You may decline. Do not record others without necessary permission. Canceling a client request may not stop processing already underway. You may reject or edit generated text before using it.

Do not use AI or the Service for fraud, abusive content, unlawful discrimination or automated decisions about another person with legal or similarly significant effects. Report problematic output through the available support flow or support@fastcontract.app.

6. Electronic actions and records

Before signing, accepting or confirming, review the exact document, the electronic-record disclosure and the action-specific consent. Act only for yourself or as an identified authorized representative. You intend the action to have the effect stated on the screen for the frozen version identified in its record. Viewing, declining, requesting a change or opening an invitation is not a signature.

Some transactions require paper, witnesses, notarization or additional formalities. Arrange another process with the counterparty if electronic action is unsuitable or you do not consent. Download the document and evidence you need and ensure your device can display and retain them. Contact support if you cannot obtain your copy. Consent withdrawal options and consequences are described at the transaction step and subject to applicable law; withdrawal does not undo a completed valid action. Later changes require the appropriate new review and acceptance.

Optional device authentication can add a confirmation step before electronic actions in the native app. You can enable it in Account → E-signature → Require authentication to sign for the account and device you are using. Supported device biometrics or the offered email-code alternative confirm access; they do not independently prove legal identity or authority, replace the action-specific consent, or create a cryptographic signature backed by a registered device key. The setting does not automatically apply to another device or a website session. Cancelling authentication stops that attempt. Enabling or disabling protection requires confirmation. Disabling it does not withdraw consent to or invalidate completed electronic actions. Protect access to your enrolled device authenticators and email.

Identity verification, saved profile identification and Stripe payout verification are separate processes. Optional identity review requires its own disclosure and consent. You can withdraw verification consent through Privacy & data; this removes the badge and initiates evidence cleanup without rewriting prior shared agreement records.

7. Fulfillment and transaction disputes

Participants are responsible for their own promised work, goods, payments, deadlines, legal obligations and evidence. A completion request, reminder, elapsed period, status label or stored photograph does not by itself establish legal performance or extinguish another person’s rights. Review requests and keep independent deadline records. FastContract is not a service-of-process, emergency or deadline-calculation service.

Where live agreement payments are enabled, Stripe processes funding and payouts. The payee must complete eligible Stripe Connect onboarding and comply with the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and other applicable Stripe terms. Stripe may require identity, business, bank and tax information and restrict or decline processing. FastContract’s identity badge does not replace Stripe verification.

The designated payer funds the agreed amount after both parties sign. The agreement becomes active after payment is confirmed. Funds remain allocated to that agreement until an authorized release, refund or case outcome. A completion request alone does not release funds: the current workflow requires payer approval or an authorized resolution. If the agreed review period expires without a response, a dispute opens and funds remain restricted while the case is addressed. Respond promptly to requests for evidence. Platform case administration is not a court judgment or binding arbitration and does not remove statutory remedies or cardholder dispute rights.

FastContract’s current agreement commission is 5% of released proceeds, deducted before the payee’s earnings are credited. The payment confirmation and agreement records show the applicable amount and currency. There is currently no additional FastContract payout fee. Provider conversion costs and bank receiving charges can reduce the amount ultimately received. Stripe’s exchange rate and actual settlement results determine converted proceeds; an estimate or a zero recorded fee does not guarantee cost-free conversion. We disclose future fee changes before they apply to new transactions, subject to law and the agreement’s existing terms.

Wallet records show allocated, pending, available, reserved or restricted proceeds rather than a general-purpose deposit account. Wallet top-ups, spending wallet balances on other agreements and manual currency exchange are not currently offered. Eligible available balances require a user-requested payout, email verification, a supported bank account and completion of applicable checks. Processing and arrival times are estimates. Bank-detail changes, disputes, refunds, reversals, insufficient balances or reconciliation checks can delay or restrict payouts. Failed payouts become available again after their return is confirmed. Approved refunds or reversals may require recovery of released proceeds and can restrict a balance while a shortfall is resolved, subject to applicable law and processor terms.

The agreement’s cancellation terms, applicable law, the payment status and Stripe/card-network rules determine available refunds and disputes. A contract cancellation does not by itself reverse a completed payment. Contact support promptly about an unauthorized or disputed transaction. FastContract does not promise escrow protection, insurance, interest, deposit protection or payment recovery. Participants remain responsible for their tax registrations, returns, invoices and taxes on the underlying transaction; FastContract does not currently calculate or collect VAT, GST or sales tax on agreement payments. This does not remove reporting, collection or withholding duties the law independently places on FastContract or Stripe.

Use agreement payments only for supported, lawful transaction types. They must not be used to bypass Apple or Google billing requirements for digital app functionality. Store subscriptions are separate from payments between agreement participants.

8. Subscriptions and store billing

Paid digital features, where offered, use the applicable App Store or Google Play purchase flow. The purchase screen shows price, billing period, included access, renewal and any trial terms before you confirm. Store terms and mandatory consumer rights govern payment, cancellation and refunds. Subscription access is managed using RevenueCat and store entitlements.

Automatically renewing subscriptions continue unless canceled through the store under the timing shown there. FastContract does not currently offer free subscription trials. Free features do not automatically start a paid subscription. Manage or cancel through your Apple or Google subscription settings and use the available purchase-restoration flow to recover eligible access. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow the applicable store process; nothing here removes statutory refund rights. Price or material subscription changes follow applicable notice and consent requirements. Subscriptions do not guarantee a transaction result, verification approval or legal enforceability.

9. Acceptable use and reporting

Do not forge or misrepresent signatures, identity, verification or authority; upload unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, threatening or abusive material; harass contacts or send unauthorized invitations; expose another person’s private documents; spread malware; bypass security or usage limits; access others’ records without authorization; or scrape or resell access without permission. Do not present automated output as lawyer-approved unless it actually has been reviewed by an appropriately qualified lawyer.

Report forged signatures, offensive content, impersonation, unauthorized invitations, authority disputes, security issues or harmful AI output to support@fastcontract.app, with the relevant reference and only necessary evidence. We may investigate, restrict access or remove offending content consistent with law and preservation obligations. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome or replace emergency services or legal remedies. You may appeal an account restriction through the same address.

10. Software and third parties

We and our licensors own the Service’s software, design, branding and non-user materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable store usage rules. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses. Do not reverse engineer except to the extent applicable law permits it.

Cloudflare, OpenAI, Resend, Expo, RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, Google and model-delivery providers support particular features. Provider outages can affect availability. Independent services and external pages can have their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for obligations the law places on us. Feedback may be used to improve the Service, without disclosing your private Content or identifying you publicly without permission.

11. Suspension, changes and deletion

We may reasonably limit or suspend use to address abuse, security, nonpayment, legal duties or material violations. Where lawful and practical, we provide notice and an opportunity to respond. We may change features or discontinue the Service with required notice and appropriate treatment of existing paid rights. Keep independent copies of important records.

Delete your account in Settings → Privacy & data, or request deletion using the web account-deletion page. Save needed records first. The Privacy Policy explains private-data removal, file-cleanup retries and retained shared/versioned agreements, including some unsigned records. Retained documents and evidence can become read-only for remaining participants. Account deletion does not rescind a contract, erase another person’s copies, resolve a dispute or cancel a store subscription. Contact support about correction or legally required deletion of retained data.

12. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular transaction, non-infringement, or enforceability of an agreement or electronic action. No disclaimer excludes non-waivable consumer rights or duties imposed on us by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or opportunities arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid us for the Service in the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory remedies and protections in your jurisdiction prevail.

You remain responsible for your unlawful conduct, unauthorized disclosures and infringement, including resulting claims to the extent the law makes you responsible. These Terms do not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

13. Governing law and resolving claims

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights and applicable jurisdictional limits, disputes about the Service may be brought in the state courts in New Castle County, Delaware, or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Where the law gives you the right to bring a consumer claim in your home courts or rely on your local consumer protections, those rights remain available. The jurisdiction selected inside a user agreement does not automatically govern these Service Terms. These Terms contain no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

Please contact support@fastcontract.app to try to resolve a Service dispute. This request does not restrict court access, statutory limitation periods, urgent relief or non-waivable local rights. Disputes between agreement participants remain subject to their agreement and applicable law.

14. Apple and Google distribution

For an app obtained through Apple, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license. These Terms govern your FastContract service relationship in addition to that license and do not replace or override its mandatory provisions. Apple is not a party to your underlying agreements with another participant. FastContract provides Service support at support@fastcontract.app.

For Google Play distribution, applicable Google Play terms also apply. Neither store becomes a party to your underlying agreements or guarantees their performance. Store-specific terms and mandatory law prevail where required.

15. Updates and general provisions

We will date and post revised Terms and provide notice and obtain acceptance where required for material changes. Changes do not rewrite previously signed user agreements or remove accrued mandatory rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Assignment must respect applicable law and users’ mandatory rights. These Terms govern the Service relationship, separate from documents between participants and separately presented transaction disclosures.

Safety reporting and interaction restrictions

You may report harassment, threats, fraud, sexual or exploitative content, or other safety concerns through the app's safety controls or support@fastcontract.app. Do not submit knowingly false reports. FastContract may review relevant records, hide abusive feedback and restrict new interactions following review. You may contact support to appeal. Blocking a participant stops new interactions through the supported contact paths; it does not cancel a contract, erase existing evidence or decide a payment dispute.
